This is based on the premise that HOT not COLD, is the important pressure, no one really cares what your starting psi is, because it's not the race pressure. Hot pressures ALWAYS dictate cold.. carve that into your forehead.

I think originally from the factory it was a different durometer, but they are hard to come by. I just use the stock Gt one in my track car, leave the bushings stock, but you can use urethane in the lower links, FR used urethane. (see full post)

If you haven't started on it, I would go find a Ford Performance handling package and just go with that. The parts are designed to work together and Ford takes the guess work out of it. (see full post)
In PWC we ran the non adjustable Ford Performance lower trailing arms, the Gt500 upper link is the preferred one, but a standard Gt one will work fine. (see full post)
