It sounds like you have covered all the bases on rear brake heat management. If they are boiling it has to be either dragging calipers or you got ahold of some old brake fluid. It is unlikely they are dragging equally. Temps ons the street would lead me to the same conclusion as you dragging...
Okay, so it doesn't sound like advance track is manipulating the breaks causing heat problems. Do you have stock rear rotors and are you still running the dust shields?
I tried RPX on the rears and they didn't hold up. I don't think the RP1 would fair any better. I think the SR series would make a difference, but they were not available for my calipers at the time. I am not sure if they have expanded the line since I tried them.

Those spring rates do seem pretty soft. James was running Bilstein kit from Vorshlag with Eibach Pros. I run 285 wide tires with Apex 19 x 10 wheels with Steeda Comp linear rate springs. They have less offset than the 19 x 11 wheels, but I have plenty of clearance.
