This design has been around forever, what's new is the material. Much much lighter.

There are several parameters that vary when taking sound measurements....103 at one track may be very different at another. Something to keep in mind.

This gets me to 103db, maybe a little less. Could never make anything in the 90's and definitely can't poke it out the side or out the back.

I sure wish we could do this out here. I would poke a big 4 1/2" 2 into 1 out the passenger side in a heart beat (stockcar style) but I wouldn't make it 2 laps before being black flagged no matter how many mufflers were under it. Just aiming it towards the meter is db suicide. :mad:
